The Texas Retailers Association has decided to back John Raney – State Representative, HD14 in the upcoming primary because he understands what issues retailers face on a day to day basis.

“Representative Raney has been involved in TRA for many, many years. As a retailer himself, he understands the issues facing the industry and has worked hard in the House to provide tax relief to Texas businesses and citizens,” said Theresa Flores, TRAPAC Chair.

This past session, we were successful in cutting regulations and slashing business taxes and fees by nearly $4 billion.
